The Omnivert is one (not so common) dimension I recently discovered different form the 3main temperament dimensions noted in the post AT A GLANCE<\/a>. I bet many have never heard of this before, but it’s worth mentioning because we have some who fall into this category as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Omnivert <\/h5>\n\n\n\n

An individual with this type of temperament is one who has the ability to manifest or express either introverted or extroverted qualities at different times; but unlike the ambivert they are unable to strike a balance, rather they manifest the qualities mostly in extremes – at different times and in different circumstances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meaning…<\/h6>\n\n\n\n

One day based on certain situational dynamics… You can see them fully introverted and assume they are introverts, till you see them next week fully extroverted and wonder if it was the same person.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Implication…<\/h6>\n\n\n\n

So while the ambivert<\/strong> can strike and maintain a balance of both sides of the spectrum and seem a lot more emotionally coordinated<\/em>; the omnivert<\/strong> on the other hand seems more emotionally erratic<\/em> and unpredictable manifesting at polar opposites in different situations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The understanding of temperaments can be deep and technical, so it is important to take it in bits to fully comprehend it, hence my decision to pace this series.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Armed with this knowledge… It may be helpful to note the possibility that an omnivert has the inherent ability to be an ambivert\ud83e\udd14… It would mainly require the omnivert to acknowledge their erratic nature and choose to submit to a lot more discipline and training to achieve the necessary balance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
